Add OIS, wireless charging and water resistant at least and charge $100 more and it's still a great deal.

Well, I would prefer a 300€ device with just hardware upgrades and a new look than pay 400€ for something with features it doesn't really need that much!
Sure I would like a waterproof phone, something able to put inside a pool and take underwater photos even if they aren't pro quality. The stereo speakers and the radio would be nice too.
If they are included in a 300€/350€ (depending on the storage capacity) price tag I would love it, otherwise I would hate it since that made the phone more expensive and closer to other products. At this price tag it is a true flagship killer!

As for the earphones and the sd storage... C'mon, just buy 10€ earphones and you will have some nice quality. If you want to spend more do so. Just don't make everyone buy a phone more expensive just because it brings earphones. I have many pairs of them at home and I mostly hear my music by my ATH-M50x which cost around 180€. The SD storage... I would get it if the phone came only with 8/16 GB, but do you really need more than 64GB? I don't know what you may do with your phone but even if I tried I couldn't fill 64GB of useful data currently on my phone.

Seriously, 300€, new phone with specs to kill those 2015 flagships, a cool OS but with firmwares and drivers and those kinds of things to support at least pure stock android in case we don't like the OS and a great community over here. That's what I ask for this new year ;)

I think you hit the nail on the head @diogofd8, the price WITH these specs are what make the OPO a flagship killer. Sure, I think adding expandable memory, water/dust proof, and fingerprint scanner would make the phone great - if you add another $100 to the price you are no longer separated from the pack. In my opinion that would be a bad business decision because folks like me were probably weighing a OPO with [insert flagship name here] and the price and possibly one other feature sealed the deal for us to buy a OPO. For me, I'm looking forward to the stellar battery life.

dual front stereo speakers sounds amazing (hehe pun)

sapphire would be cool too but I wouldn't want it to jack up the price by 200$ so i'll stick without it

waterproof is cool too but not very necessary, just nice to have

    fingerprint scanner is useless imo

an IR blaster, wireless charging, and some more functionality to the camera would be great, like OIS, or a laser auto focus like in LG G3

I definitely agree but I meannothing is cofumed, but we all have probably heard that prices are supposed to increase a bit. While I'm hoping it is somewhere in the $50-$100 range increase, I don't see any reason why they can't add 3 or 4 of these featues

Sapphire really isn't all its cracked up to be. The harder a material is the more brittle it becomes. Sapphire is more scratch resistant. But more prone to cracking in the event of a drop.

As for features I would like to see. Dual sim, ir blaster and dual speakers. SD slot would be nice but having used enough nexues devices I could do with out

after having 64Gb to play with I could care for an sdcard, I'd much rather see two more features:

    wireless charging
(Kickass) Camera [more than with it's currently got]

A sensor that rivals all other Android phones I'm talking above average sensor quality with OIS and an actual xenon flash. Even if the phone needs another image processor, do it, I'll pay for it. The phone has everything else covered adequately.

Yeah wouldn't say no to an Ir port either. I miss it from the nokia 6600 and N95-8Gb days. To control everything I have and then some was a great feature.

Honestly, if OnePlus invested to get a battery on the fringe of the latest technology I wouldn't mind. I'm really excited for the batteries that can charge in five minutes or less.

Better camera? Or better camera software? I wouldn't mind paying extra to be on par with the 1020.
