A few mobile users we recently spoke to have mentioned that productivity is critical for a good smartphone experience. For example, typing on a smartphone keyboard appears to be significantly slower than typing on a computer (i.e. 2.72 times slower in words typed per minute). The good news is that Android provides users with the ability to customize keyboard. What is your favorite keyboard app? Vote for the one you prefer and explain how it improves your mobile experience.

I've tried them all, I used SwiftKey for a while until I discovered Kii. The best keyboard ever. It has swype controls, an incredible number of themes, emoji and it's the most lightweight keyboard I've ever seen. I use it with the Google Keyboard theme

I think SwiftKey became awful since a few months ago (really laggy). Plus the fact that it sometimes predicts your password is crazy, what about security?

SwiftKey predictions save me many keystrokes. I prefer to write emails on my phone as compared to my iPad specifically because of SwiftKey.

I like the stock android one as the prediction got better and better over the years and it even has swyping implimented now.

other than that, I used swiftkey for quiet some time.

(p.s. this was written on the crappy windows onscreen keyboard)
