so you want all the features that only phones above the 700.- USD phones are offering and at the same time 500.- is in your opinion too expensive?

500 is good price. It's worth it, but objectively, the price is not amazing. '

Hmmm I guess I misunderstood all the way, Oneplus will never settle until it reaches the price level of the real flagships ......

No stereo speakers. No IP rating. No OIS. Telephoto camera that no one is going to use. I only value OP because of the software and the alert slider.
Come on, this is SO disappointing.

I just bought the 128 gb version because I think it's still the best replacement for my OPO. I would have been much happier with a waterproof certification. A bit disappointed.

Yeah I have to say, I'm disappointed. The iPhone clone look, I don't really care about, I mean really, most phones now-a-days look so similar anyways. The lack of OIS is VERY disappointing. In 2017, that's just not acceptable. Software OIS is NEVER a substitute, period. Not being splash/waterproof...in 2017...really? Same screen as the OP3T...really? Come on.

And STOP with the benchmark cheating already....OnePlus, that's getting old.

When I search amazon.com or Samsung, I do not see these prices. Maybe only an offer for US citizens (the trade in).

The amazon screenshot is from Amazon Italy and the offer is from an independant dealer who only uses the pkatform. This offer is NOT from Amazon itself.

so please check also here the terms of use of that unknown dealer.

Regarding the trade in if Samsung directly: IMHO a great deal. Just send them a 20 years old phone and get the S8.

I do not see anything wrong with that. But learn to live with Samsungs bloatware and you will not have a telephoto lens.

    there is no free lunch...

I'm disappointed with the price it has in Europe, the lack of optical image stabilization for the main camera and the same exact screen like on the OP 3/3T (resolution & technology). There is no innovation this time for oneplus.

Dissappointed, no QHD, no sound upgrade, no OIS (would have prefered a single camera with OIS over dual camera gimmicks), and again another manufacturer has failed to make a statement with a properly sized battery because the phone "has" to be thin . . .

If you make the phone thicker you can have a 2 day battery AND you do not need to worry about the camera bump . . . . .

At the price if it had just had QHD as well I would have pulled the trigger, it is a good looking phone with nice technical specs (cpu memory etc) . . . . but . . . . no WOW . . . .
