IainGarrow, Jun 24, 2019 : Hi I have had a bad experience in recent weeks from the OP Customer Service team. The frustrating thing is that my original inquiry was fairly simple in my view and although I am happy with the product; I am deeply disappointed with my treatment so far. Essentially, I am now being ignored and have not received a reply to my original response on the 1st of June; so we're now at 24 days and counting. This was my second purchase from OP (OP6 and now OP7 Pro) - and was a loyal Sony customer for over ten years. I will now need to give serious consideration about making a purchase from OP in the future, as my customer service experience so far has been piss poor.
