I had oneplus 6t and I am not talking about bugs. every phone will have some issues with software which will be fixed in future updates. I never talked about software and in fact I always help oneplus team providing logs to solve the bugs. I am talking about hardware and their quality check department before packing and shipping the devices. I work for a major electronic industry as an engineer. I know how this works

I returned my oneplus 7pro and waiting for refund. Meanwhile, I ordered pixel 3a and I don't know if I can keep up with less ram and mid range processor in the phone coming from flagship level processors. I don't like samsung's bloated software and only pixel and oneplus can offer vanilla android. So, I will be back to oneplus if they launch a T variant with all bugs/hardware flaws fixed.

I hope you like the 3A. It can be had for mere $300 here in the U.S. , which is super cheap, only sacrificing some performance.

Honestly, Samsung software isn't bad, judging it by using it side by side with 6T. Just the slow OS upgrade is the problem.

Let us know how you like your new 3A.

OMG!!! Oneplus and their lies. I will never trust Oneplus from today. This is my last post and last purchase from Oneplus. Please at least stick to your promises or words you said.

I think it's fair to say that when a company such as OnePlus starts making as many devices as they do now for mainstream audiences; It's inevitable that at least one or two get by with a mistake here or there. Despite being a larger company, They're only human and sometimes these things happen. I wouldn't say that it's a negative mark for the company..Just part of life. Sorry you had this experience though! I can understand where you're coming from!

Pixel 3a is good for the price. Performance wise it can't beat the oneplus phones but experience wise its way better. Obviously updates are way faster compared to any other brands. I would say it gets it's job done for the price and as long as you don't play graphic intensive games. I never play games, all I do is streaming videos, browsing, and calling. Camera wise it's obvious that the pixel wins with their magical software algorithms

Google really could have given us the unlimited photo storage at original quality on the 3A... that would have been awesome. I loved using my Pixel 2 XL until its battery started draining too fast. And then when Pie came out, I absolutely hated the way Pixel OS handled navigation. So now that phone is only there to transfer photos into the cloud.

The 3A really seems like a bargain. I too don't play games on my phone. $300 is just a huge bargain. I would have jumped on it if it offered unlimited storage at original quality.

Glad you like the phone. How is the battery life btw?

LOL!! One more case of dust particles in the lens. That might be the reason why oneplus don't wanna spend money for getting IP certification

    Hi guys,
I just received my 1+ 7 yesterday (directly from OnePlus) and its being returned today for a refund - paint imperfections on the top of the device (black specs), white debris stuck in the top speaker grill out of the box and - black cloth-like material stuck between the rubber seal and the screen itself (just next to the antenna line on the bottom, big gaps between the bottom edge of the screen glass and the chassis of the phone - disappointed as this is my first device from OnePlus and don't know if I will go for another one again...

I was considering buying the OnePlus 7, but decided to check the forums for quality issues before ordering it. Well, I am not buying it. Specs look great, but if the quality is not there, its not worth it.

Every phone has quality problems from time to time. They are mass produced products and defects occur.

Go and look at the Samsung forums, Huawei forums or any other OEM that has a user Forum and you'll find a plethora of people complaining as well.
