Steve was saying we have managed to get 3.5mA battery usage at Idle, even lower than 25R. So, where is it???

    It's a start :)
Really had issues with the drain this week. Once it works just fine, and suddenly it drain the battery.. 19-28 look bad, but much better than what 30O offered

I can only unforunately confirm 25R had the best battery life.
    33R still has 18-20mA vs 7-10mA on 25R.

How do you make sure to read only idle drainage? Any specific setting?

I'm still on 30O and all gestures are off incl. the dubble tap and i'm on 17-18mA in standby. GPS is on energysafe. Bluetooth is off. When the OPO is updates i'll be back.

Yes, I got that. But when it shows mA flow -175 (-5.64%/h) is it for idle or average? Or what?

it logs into the battery flow every "minute or 5minute or 10 minute" as you prefer. So, once it is set. It logs it to history section. When you actually let the phone as idle / screen turned off" Wait like 5-10 mins and open the app and see what log is written. Then you will understand when the idle is happened how much is used!

    Hope that will help.

Thanks. SO basically if the phone has been asleep for a while and I open the widget and it shows the latest Ma flow, that is what I have for idle?

That does not say anything. Isn't it all relative to usage?

After seeing all these comments... Not even 1 person has reported in a positive manner regarding battery performance.... I am in the 30o right now... I feel like going back to 25R!!!

There is a reason why I don't come here.
Too much spam vs quality reporting.

Probably because you're using your device.

I would have too... I forgot to backup before flashing.
Though I have an old backup if I find 33R to be too disappointing.

    Thanks for the additional information.

    Not really... It's pretty instant.

    Of course.

Like I said above... Not really true.

Sorry that you had to endure the 30O update.
As for the 18-30mA idle. It's not bad.... but it's not great.

I don't fault Steve. Their teams working really hard.

It won't link me to his quote. But it's in my bug report here
    https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/BACON-599

    Thanks for the additional information.

You don't. It just reads everything. Screen on or screen off.

My figures are with Bluetooth on and not connected to anything.
    (Doesn't really kill the battery)

That's because you're using your device.

You're not really showing us anything.

Settings > About Phone > CyanogenMod Version

I'd much rather be on 33R than 30O.
