Just because It's in nightlies doesn't mean it will make it to 11S. I believe people have pointed out the issue being the legality of having it in an official build, so it most likely won't come to the device in 11S.

These are the results I had on 33R before switching to Franco kernel last night.

    Almost 24hrs with 20% left.

Edit: forgot that is just flashed Franco Kernel right after the update, probably not the most accurate results.

For those who are on 25R and value battery life over bugfixes (I once was able to shoot pictures and videos from my pocket while the phone was "securely locked") and android 4.4.4, stay on 25R. I need a few days to test things out, but since I did load 30O I'm quite happy to reduce my idle battery drain by currently 63%+ compared to 30O.

I am still on 25R and never did the 30O should I stay and wait until battery issue fixed? or should I go ahead and update because its minor issue?

Honestly, I don't get those guys who compare their airplane mode values. It's a smartphone, why don't you want to receive calls? In that regard, why not switch it off and see how many days you need to drain the battery while not using your phone...

Bro, this update wasn't supposed to fix the battery life. That will come in the next update... Hopefully. This came straight from Steve Kondik at Cyanogen.

I'm pretty sure that he wrote something along the line of 3.5mA less then 25R, but since he didn't quote his 25R battery drain I really would like to know which numbers he was crunching.

The proximity fix in 33R is also good for battery life ;)

yes/no. There where at least two issues and at least one was supposed to be fixed in the hotfix (proximity). And since my battery drain decreased I would say that it was. Where exactly is your source on that information?

longpress and select mA. If you are a stiffler, you could select revers mA for detection.

On 33r and battery life is worse than the last update. 10% an hour or more with normal usage.

10%/h on normal use or 10%/h on idle? That is a huge difference.
