Power bank cable via OnePlus Nord 2

    I have ordered the one plus power bank in July this year, haven't used that much till 3days back when I have to travel I used the cable & now it's not able to charge through the cable provided with the power bank.
    Not aure what is covered in warranty though & I don't think they will gave any replacement with that.
    Do any one have faced situation like this.
    What needs to be done as the cable is dead.!!

    Usually accessories have a 6 month warrenty period. File a RMA with the OnePlus account or Store app or take the Product to the nearest service center to have it checked for hardware issues.

    Today I visited the service center they told me they can't do anything for the cable, they were giving the headphones cable which can't charge the device properly as it cable is very thin compared to the power bank cable.
