Further to the questions above, did you buy a carrier locked handset? Potentially why you're having issues with T-Mobile

I have a OnePlus 7 pro I purchased it through Sprint Sprint merged with T-Mobile and they said I needed a new SIM card so I tried their SIM card and it does not work with the OnePlus 7 pro because it's a Sprint phone and it's not compatible with the T-Mobile network I complained to Sprint I complain to One Plus I complained the T-Mobile for almost a year and a half and still they did not come correct and send me a brand new phone T-Mobile had promotions for new OnePlus 8 phones they're giving away two phones for free they didn't even offer me that one plus did not attempt to replace the phone when I made a complaint I did not get any answers back Sprint should have just gave me a brand new T-Mobile OnePlus 7 pro

It’s up to T-Mobile / Sprint,…. Not OnePlus. You are using a carrier edition device

Exactly what @Dresa91 has said below. Surely you realise this issue is solely down to your carriers and not OnePlus? So posting here isn't going to get much traction

+ they have free phones as a promotion. You're not entitled to it. You should have a phone in a working phone though, that I agree with, and you should complain to them (not the OnePlus forums, as nothing anyone here can do)

    Hope this gets resolved
