    I am playing video on other device it is streaming easily and when on my one plus 7 pro it shows play back renderer error on Amazon prime video app.
    pls help

    works fine here. try clearing the cache/storage of the Amazon video app

    Might be an issue with the update. If clearing data is not helping, try this
    1. Uninstall the app and reinstall.
    2. If the above step doesn't work, uninstall app and side load Amazon prime video apk (previous version) to run it for time being.

    I'm facing the same issue in my OnePlus 7t, contacted Amazon support they confirmed new version of their app is facing issues in OnePlus devices with Android 10 versions and they are working for fix, hopefully issue will be resolved soon!

    under STREAM AND DOWNLOAD, disable hardware acceleration

    This will fix issues for Prime video.
    Its a known issue and Amazon is working with oneplus. There's an interface issue between app and oneplus software. Not an issue with phone!
