can one plus bring that much technolgy of having pro mode in videograpghy......
like in pro mode we can set focus of the lens by focusing on the closer and distant objects.
can we do same with the the videography option.
one plus should bring this up.
it would be highly appreciated in the field of technolgy....
and at the same time it would give the feeling of a dslr camera too.....by shooting portrait videos

We discussed this at the open ears forum camera in hamburg. Search for the threads and fill in the feedback form. If enough users will ask for it, they will -probably- add it .

Future will tell. The OP6 was not finished, even carl pei got an OP5 T in his hands, but i m not sure if our feedback will change the sensor decision. But most probably it will change some aspects in post processing and user interface.
I wwas one of the guys asking for a video pro mode with a level like in the photo pro mode, asked for an option to connect an external microphone and an audio mixer and a lot more.

Not that hard to find. Added request.

What I was most impressed to discover though, was that my wifes 3 year old OP2, has the same up to date apps for the camera, as the OP6 does.
My 4 old galaxy note 3 by comparison won't offer much more than lighten/darken and AF area mixed/spot.

Lately I have been seriously thinking about creating serious video content with my mobile phone, and I did some investments like the osmo mobile 2 and the Android app filmic pro, I had to buy the filmic app since oneplus don't support pro features for the video camera app, and I should say the video side for oneplus camera pp is very poor, just bad. And yesterday I bought the filmic pro just to find out this:

"Thanks very much for writing in. Unfortunately the lack of 120fps and 60fps support is due to OnePlus not implementing the camera framework correctly. Third party developers don't have access to reliable 120fps and 60fps options, and they are achieved through their native app using a private api which they do not make available to others.

Should they open this feature up, we will be quick to bring support for it."

I have been an android user for years with brands like Samsung that just hate now, HTC going down to the suwers, and stuff like this really makes me think about my chooses.
