    It's behaviour is also weird....
    Sometimes volume goes up automatically and without doing anything....Looks lie some malfunction happing with it.....

    check if maybe the speaker holes are blocked?! maybe with dust?

    on a software level, you can install Viper, for a new overall management of your sound output.

    if this happens during phone calls... check the noise cancellation microphone on the back.
    use a needle to carefully cleaning it

    Since it's getting played in between any song or video played

    I guess it's malfunction... This new charging animation sound gets played in between while watching videos on Facebook or listening song on phone

    Using facebook on chrome? thats a problem with the site then, non- oneplus phones also get that annoying noise while playing videos. Dunno about songs though, never personally experienced the issue.

    what "charging animation sound? ... animation is not sound.. you mean the little *beep* that you get when using Dash Charge?

    are you charging your phone while you watch videos or listen to music?

    is your phone charging ok?

    check all of your notification sounds, check all of your settings in sounds and alerts.
    check music and video with different apps.

    reboot your phone in safe mode and try movies and music again with default apps.

    try multiple combinations until you find a common cause. This is how i diagnose strange problems.

    I am not charging my phone while watching videos.... that deep sound comes in between while watching videos... n I have not kept that notification sound anywhere......

    honestly man, i dont know what else to suggest.
    you need to diagnose the problem. try to find out if it happens only on certain apps or all apps?
    try safe mode.

    try to clear cache and dalvik cache in recovery.

    of you have any 3rd party app managing your global notifications or sounds, try to disable/uninstall and see if it still happens.

    try to uninstall any patches you may have, for example if you use Xposed and made modifications?!
