Problem with Camera OnePlus 7 Pro via OnePlus 7 Pro

    Good day dear support
    I have one problem with wide lens camera . I added photo.
    I check camera lens and don't see any dust on the lens.
    And don't know what is problem( please help

    This seems to be more a hardware problem. When did you start noticing it? Looks to be a small dust particle on your wide camera module itself.

    I checked wide lens(it's top lens) bit don't see any scratches,dusts ((

    So you never had any issues with the wide angle lens before? Very strange. Can you please try clearing the storage and cache? After that perform a reboot and see if the problem still persist. Please let me know.

    I checked clearing of storage and cache,but don't help. Same problem...
    I will try check from another apps(f.e. google camera) but in other apps I cannot check wide lens...

    The Google camera app (Gcam) supports the wide-angle lens. Can you please install it and test it out to see if you still have that dot? Here is a link where you can download the APK. https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/p/gcam-oneplus-7-t-pro/

    Is your phone rooted, seems like the only way to get the wide angle lens to work with GCam is using a Magisk module to enable "AUX" for mult lens selection. I think the best option is to contact Oneplus customer service.
