    I reported the bug to OnePlus. They asked me to send the logs and stuff to them,I did it all and got a reply saying that they are looking into it and will notify me if there is a fix for it.

    I just received my new 6T today and can't get face unlock to work. Have deleted and re-added face data. When I pick up the phone all I get is the ambient display and the finger reader. If I sit there and stare at the screen, the screen turns off after a few seconds.

    Anyone know of anything else I can try?

    We just got our 6T and had the same thing happen. We found that if we hit the power button it then unlocks using the face recognition. I'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to work. Please let me know if you have the same result.

    Yes, that is the same result I have. And after doing some research, I believe that is the way it is supposed to behave.
