Problem with OnePlus buds Z Oct 29, 2021 via OnePlus Nord 2

    I have bought OnePlus buds Z today but I can't able check battery percentage of case or other options in settings I am using OnePlus Nord 2 Mobile.
    So I have installed hey melody app but it saying hey melody will not work for OnePlus, and when I click on go nothing is showing except black screen.

    In this image of yours i think it is the battery percentage of the case which shows 90 % don't know about per bud battery maybe try to check battery after after take them out from the case. What's android version ur device running?

    Anyway here's my oneplus buds z battery percentage on op6 running on android 11. I don't think melody app is required for oneplus users it's for other brands to connect with buds.

    I can't able to see options like find my earbuds and noise cancellation etc..

    I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. I've already opened 3 tickets with OnePlus and waiting for response. I tried connecting my buds with my friend's phone (OnePlus 7t v11.2 EEUU version) and they work just fine. He can see all data on the bluetooth menu.
    Attaching some pictures on how I see the Bluetooth menu and how it looks on my friend's phone (both are OnePlus with Oxygen Os 11.2 and Android 11)
    The first 2 pictures are my phone. The last 2 are my friend's.

    I think I found out whats the issue. In my case, im using a OnePlus Nord 2 5G. This phone is the first one which uses OxygenOS AND Color OS integrated into the system. That's why we can't see the Bluetooth menu like other OnePlus users. This also happens for example in the system information menu, where other users can see a picture of their phone and I can't.

    This means that probably the Oneplus Buds app is not programmed correctly for OxygenOS users with Color OS kore, and thats also why the Buds and Case info aren't displayed in the Bluetooth menu, aswell as the find my device option.

    I'm sending this info to @OnePlus in order to check this issue.
