It seems that I bought my phone for bug reports 😁 I'm already tired! It's good that I had the opportunity to exchange 8/256 for 12/256, and now I'm not worried about RAM

I had shared my log files 6 times till I realised this is just a tool used to buy out time and a spider web which goes on and on. After every 10 days on user reminder some vague details a request for new log files is generated. This went on for 2 months with no solutions. This was unbelievable from oneplus and I could not believe something like this happened from a brand I loved.

    Have the same problem.
Also, home screen picture sometimes back to default. And pairing with my gear watches turning off while using camera.
That's shitty, my OP 5t works better

I have version 8/256 GB and I have exactly the same problems with unloading applications when using the camera.
If you take a photo in high resolution or in low light conditions, applications are immediately unloaded from memory, and the player stops playing music.
Why does the flagship still have such problems? OnePlus when will you solve this problem? This is disrespect for users, because this is a mass problem on the OnePlus 9 Pro 8/256 GB smartphone.

I also have this problem.. it drives me mad. It's worst when using the camera (taking one photo is usually enough to cause all background services to stop, including music), but honestly is pretty awful in general. Since one of the more recent updates I cannot open certain apps like the browser without it reloading, very very annoying. Apps are constantly closing in the background and it ruins the experience, kills the performance and ruins the battery life.

My OnePlus 6 was in many ways better than this..

I like new camera features but OnePlus pleaaassee focus on stability and performance over everything else. These are the things that really make a good phone experience, not new fancy camera modes.

I feel you, a month ago I gave my 9 Pro to the reseller as a warranty return for a defective device, it took a month, it's still in the service center, I had contacts inside the reseller company, so they just canceled that and gave me a brand new one off the shelf, and the same issue is on the new phone also... Had my Oneplus 6 as backup for a month, works way better with this ram management issue. I reported this bug, uploaded video and logs, now we just wait...

My 9 Pro is also 8/256 and can validate that snapping a photo does kill the other background apps. Music though still plays (connected to Bluetooth) but other apps like Reddit, Community, Settings, etc. need to reload.
