    Hi. I keep having problems with bluetooth calls. When I'm in the car and I want to call someone it works fine. But when there is an incoming call, the sound on the bluetooth stops working and it goes to the mobile. I am very disappointed with this phone. I always hear that OnePlus phone are the best. But I'm having a horrible experience with this issue. Fix it as soon as possible

    Do you have the Alibaba app installed on the phone by any chance. There is an issue with this app and Bluetooth in different scenarios. If you do, uninstall the Alibaba app, restart the phone and see if that helps.

    You could try the following to reset you Bluetooth adapter. Reset your Network adapters, see if that helps.
    Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth.

    This may also help.
    Disable "Sleep Standby Optimisation " in the
    Settings, Battery, Battery Optimisation, 3 dots menu top right, Sleep standby optimisation.
    Re-start your device.
