I tried to install OnePlus buds application, and Its already downloaded from my play store but I can't find the same in my application except I have to go to settings and then search for the application. Even after that I can't open it. 2. While playing videos on YouTube, video is skipping for 3-5 seconds automatically. ! 3 I want to find an application I can customise my buds.! Questions: 1. Does anyone have the same issue, if so how did you over come? 2. Is it just my device and should I return it? Help will be much appreciated.

sumitMZ007 , via OnePlus 6 , Jan 26, 2021 : Firstly the app won't show in setting or in app drawer it's will be in play store but it won't open as it so meant to support the buds z via some technical setting! It's like installing firmware!

sumitMZ007 , via OnePlus 6 , Jan 28, 2021 : Try Audio tuner in setting! It has many sound Equalizer! I keep preset on classic and sound enhancement as JBL E+.. when you connect buds and music is going on then you switch the enchancement In sound tuner you'll feel the difference!
Caomhin , via OnePlus 6T , Jan 29, 2021 : Reset the Bluetooth adapter on the phone Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth Then restart the phone. Also reset the Wireless Z earphones. To reset your OnePlus Wireless Z earphones, Press the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" button together for 10-12 seconds. You should hear 2 beeps which means they are reset. Then pair them back up, see. If that helps.
