    I am thinking of buying a oneplus one but want to know the pros and cons of it and how good it is compared to other phone out there please reply.

    Well, at least for me, the non-existing or overloaded customer support is a no-go, which is quite sad for such an awesome phone. But if you are okay with that there is absolutely nothing that should keep you from buying this phone.

    Specifications on paper look good, execution of specs is poor thou.
    But it is one cheap phone.
    It has potential. In the future it might be great phone, not just yet.

    I own and enjoy a problem free phone but I can't ignore the cries of my brethren when they are abandoned by an anemic customer service department. Quality control issues seem to fall on deaf ears. Post sales support makes for a happy consumer. Seems basic doesn't it?

    This is an awesome, powerful phone at a ridiculously low price. I've had the phone for 2+ months and could not be happier. I'm starting to run into some software glitches here and there, but it's no worse than my old Samsung phone. All software has bugs. The hardware, for me, was a bargain at twice the price.

    I personally have never contacted customer service for any of my devices, I just figure them out. They are pretty intuitive, and unless you have a real problem, no reason to call. Maybe in the future they could consider a fee for service model, kinda like RedHat Linux and other Linux brands, Intiut, and other brands ... if you want customer service you pay extra for it. That way people like me don't have to pay an increased price for others to receive support.

    Ask yourself a couple of questions first. 1. Is $350 a big amount for you? If yes, don't buy the phone. If no, you may try: you are not losing anything.
    2. Are you willing to spend a lot of time trying to fix the problems which might arise? If yes (and you can afford the device), you should try. If no, better buy something with good customer service.
