When I am on call, the phone screen doesn't close and a number of keys is accidentally pressed changing settings and even randomly terminating the call. Is there any fix available? It is such a pity for such a smartphone to have those setbacks. Thank you in advance.

S1639448232068 , Feb 8, 2022 : Same problem here. This is really annoying now Screen goes black when I'm trying to call whether it is a phone call, WhatsApp, or other calls. Serious problem is I'm not even able to pick up the call most of the time Also happen when I try to play some audio file on WhatsApp like a voice message. Screen turns on only after the audio is over or call is ended by itself. Pressing the power button works weirdly & doesn't help at all. Request to the devs please update with the patch soon this is really annoying. This is the basic task that a phone is supposed to do & this is not some cheap phone.

We came here for community support about the problems regarding our mobile that we recently brought..if it is showing issues we must report and find a solution,instead u saying u have got no problems on ur phone....i know u r very active peraon helping people and trying to solve their problems but please keep this in mind bro...😊😊😊

And yes, these community chat forums are a great place to let off steam, not just ask questions about phones. Heck, I do that myself. I'm just saying that posting a gripe isn't the best way to get the attention of devs. Posting the exact same gripe, over and over and over again, _really_ isn't the best way to win friends and influence people. (And yeah, that's from personal experience too. )
