Go change your display in an official OnePlus Service Center. You dropped the phone and nothing is visible so it's obvious that it is a hardware damage bro! This is an unnecessary thread.

Yes they will charge you. You've no other way than going to OnePlus repair store or buy new phone.

If you want to fit a cheap quality display than go to a third party store.

Don't cheap out and buy a 3rd party display... Not worth it as the quality of the displays are bad!

the same thing happened with my Device, i was playing pubg while a glue thing was sliding under my device dispaly so, when I tried to removed it, i got a purple shade in that side, in the beginning, it was just a cm wide and a half cm in height,
till midnight my device dispaly was covered in light purple color, though i can see, but in the morning the screen was extreme dark black, blue, and purple.
.I got a third party OLed Panel, it was working fine but sometimes keyboard doesn't work properly, and playing pubg was like the whole screen was shivering, it costed me 2.3k for the 3rd party amoled panel, TFT lcd panel was also an option in 1.6k.
Then a relative of mine have a business of refurb mobiles devices, i contacted him, asked him to get me an original dispaly panel/folder of OP3T, within a week, i got it, replaced my dispaly myself and now it's working great.
So, mean to say that there is not always necessary to go to service centres everytime, you should observe and utilise the resources which are lying beside you.
