If you're running OOS 3.0.2 then official TWRP 3.0.2-1 works.

Did you delete the files from your phone?

If you go to WhatsApp Settings>Chats>Chat backups, is there anything there?

My friend's oneplus 3 running oos 3.1 gives 5hrs 30mins SOT with a smaller battery and more powerful processor than my oneplus 2, while on the other hand my oneplus two running oos 3.0.2 gives 4hrs SOT.
A bit disappointed with the software and tired of waiting for these updates.

Try going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services and clear data and cache

There are also other factors affecting SOT such as usage, apps installed, screen brightness, connectivity used etc (The OP3 has more efficient hardware also)

    Is this anywhere near normal?
Night - no usage, lost nearly 20%:
    Screenshot_20160624-093656.png

    Screen-On Time is around 2h

    OOS 3.0.2, unrooted. Tried following:
    - clean install
    - clear cache via recovery
    - google play services clear data
    - turning off wifi, BT, sync etc
    - removing apps one by one

Still loosing about 20% over night.
    Still SOT very low
Phone usage is moderate, no games or videos. Mostly messaging, browsing

Is my phone defective? What else would you suggest?

Guy I essentially soft bricked my phone.. Touchscreen isn't working at all I flashed the wrong kernel on a rom and now that happens adb is tricky and I don't know many commands but I need to know how I can do a clean flash of a rom only through Adb like clear all the caches (maybe screen will work after) I've only managed to wipe the system (my old rom files and that didn't restore the touch) I've been thinking oxygen recovery (as its based on buttons I think) but I'd need to flash hybrid twrp and then lollipop firmware but I have no idea what the commands are for stuff like this help me out?

Update: after flashing cyanogen recovery (as it uses buttons) I can load roms into the phone from its storage but once loaded the touchscreen still doesn't work...

after a bit more tinkering I was able to get capacitive buttons back but the touch doesn't work D:

As you use two SIMs it makes sense for your SOT to be low, especially as one of the SIMs doesn't have a very strong connection in your screenshot. However, if it is losing 20% overnight, something is wrong and it looks like you have already tried everything. You may need to contact OnePlus support for further help and advice or so they can repair it if necessary

If you can connect your phone to your PC in fastboot mode, try this:

    fastboot devices
    fastboot format userdata
    fastboot format cache
    fastboot reboot

Then boot your phone into recovery mode and go to adb sideload

    (TWRP = advanced adb sideload)
    (Stock = install from USB)

Then open a command window in the folder containing the ROM zip by holding shift and right clicking then choosing open a command window here.

    Type in:

    adb sideload nameofzip.zip

I had done clearing the catche in recovery mode. But the result also same. It's take 4h to complete the charging from 40%. This is not normal.
