yeah man that quick charge might be an issue for me, i understand that it may degrade your battery faster than normal but for someone like me i'll have a new phone before the battery croaks on me so......yeah....i need that quick charge lol

I think the OPT hardware doesn't include NFC. I remember reading some articles that OnePlus dropped NFC from OPT because OPO owners weren't using NFC at all.

Regarding the charging time, check MKBHD's video here. He says there's no quick charge.

Next, they can settle with NFC and quick charge...Never Settle, haha!!
Without NFC nor quick charge, I will want the OP2.

Read from other thread graphite will absorb radio frequency and not sure if this is one reason to abandon the NFC.

They also could be holding some cards back as moto x have shown all there cards. NFC I use as my TV has a simple NFC link for vids and pics, can live without it . Quick charge would of been nice and be mostly missed by me but I currently don't have it so not running away yet.

Yeah nice questions and need official answers too but according to :
    - iGyaan it tells in the hands on video that the indian version is equipped with fast charging.
    - Android Police it tells that the fast charging is not supported as it requires some discrete chip and this is confirmed by OnePlus. Also on that thread it is writtten under an edit that according to OnePlus, the 2 for a full charge takes under 3 hours and 20 minutes.
Also wanted to know whether the 2 has an IR Blaster or not.:)

I can honestly say I'm truly dissapointed. Without IR, wireless charging and NFC I won't be buying the OPT. I wanted to but the specs havevlwt it down. I'm going to pay more and go for a Samsung which has it all for me.

Yeah and official response would be nice. I am a bit disappointed that there has not been one already.

just a note on quick charge, and i may be off the mark here... but doesn't usb C carry more current? therefor faster charging? (if not true quick charge)

    Another Question:

    3. Does OP2 supports WiFi Transfer.
    4. Does OPT support 4G LTE Frequency which falls in 2300 mHz of Band 40 in India

    Official answer from OP Team..

Oneplus two doesnt have NFC. Neither can it be added via a back cover some time later.

I think NFC could be enabled via dedicated back-cover on OP2. But I think they will not move this way. If NFC will become more important to them, they'll implement it again next year on the 'OP3'.
About QC.... I imagine that OP2 miss some hw component to implement it... so... no way.

An official response is needed for sure!
