    No it's doesn't wipe fp
Wipe and Flash h2os and and you will see
It resets only after setting it up again in o2os

Edit: if OnePlus says it does, they are lying

I would expect Factory reset to make my phone to just how it was like out of factory. It didn't have my fingerprints out of factory so it should not have when factory reset.

I have seen that factory reset removes Pattern locks and so i think fingerprints are also deleted

I believe technically your data isn't completely gone and unrecoverable unless your phone was encrypted anyways. That being said factory reset should wipe your prints however I think they would still be in there until you do another set up. Just a guess though. For people that want to sell their phones and don't already know a good thing to do is encrypt then factory reset.

No, the fingerprints will be intact. Yesterday I flashed twrp recovery cleared: system, data, dalvik, cache and installed CM13 by GARAK. but the finger prints are still there..

    1. I don't want a permanent memory on my fingerprint.
    2. I want to be able to sell it or give it away to anyone.

Maybe a fingerprint request before a factory reset would be fine, but I'm concerned about the possibility of having the FP broken and resulting on impossiblity for a factory reset.

So, I think it's better to make it dissappear on a factory reset.
