    These Random files appear every day with updated modified date.
    Reappears even after deleting.

    If you enable show hidden files, there would be a file with chrome in the name which is around 100 mbs. Delete that along with qll the other junk files.

    Should fix the issue.

    Have you also updated the phone to Android 10 recently? Because I'm also facing the same issue after the update. Random unknown files appear in the downloads folder and they keep coming back even after deleting every time.
