Random Reboots after 44s HELP!

So 38r was perfect. I ota'd to 44s the other day and the phone now reboots like every two hours. It's crazy annoying. I have clean installed three times now using TWRP to wipe and fastboot to manually install each image. Am I missing something? I thought 44s was supposed to fix random reboots. Should I go back to 38r? Is there a better way to clean install? Anyone else have this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

what do you mean by clean install? have you wipe all partitions? are you running a script? which install (zip) did you do? more detail in what you did would be helpful.

here is the factory image incase you need it. Builds.cyngn.com/factory/bacon/cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip

I am having the same problems after 44S OTA update. Reboots about 3 times every hour :(
Tried factory reset. Did not help. Should I reflash the image manually? (builds.cyngn.com/factory/bacon/cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip)

I've tried AncientLord's method of flashing the official 44S in the second post of that thread, but did not work also. Reboots are less, but still there (appr. once every 2 hours).

I am reluctant to try ColorOS because it isn't an official Oneplus ROM. I have the phone for only 3 days so I am seriously considering to return it. Just submitted an RMA request.

Any other things I could try?

Well I have used the procedure for installing color os (wipe using TWRP Advance wipe system/data/dalvik/cache not internal storage) so far no random reboots with Color OS, CM11S and CM12.
