delete cache of each app going into settings. then do wipe cache in bootloader by pressing volume down and power button for ten seconds. it's solved for me.

I already tried it many times but it is not a solution. If this way is the best one, I dont understand why end user has to delete cache. I guess oneplus team doesnt have any solution.

Maybe you need to talk to them again or maybe do some investigating on the apps you are using. There isn't too much the user community can suggest at this point.

Had the same issue, turned off NFC and it resolved. I have an ewallet on the back of my phone so chip cards may have been messing with NFC sensor.

It was an NFC problem for me - NFC contact makes the phone buzz even when on Do Not Disturb. It started when I changed the position of some contactless cards in the phone cover. It turns out the one I use to get into the carpark is pretty 'agressive/sensitive' with NFC. Moved the cards away from the phone, the problem stopped.

Reset the App permissions, it may be that an app or apps or something connected is causing the issue.

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > select three dots > Reset app preferences.
    Then reboot.

⚠️This will not delete your apps data but you will have to provide permissions for all your Apps again.⚠️

    Check if this can help.
