    Hello!

I was thinking to upgrade to Oneplus 7t, because my old Pixel 3 isnt enough powerful for me anymore. The games like Cod mobile battleroyale has good avg fps (around 50 on max settings), but the game stutters a lot.. Reducing frames and quality helps a little, but not much.

I want to know just one thing about OP 7T gaming performance on Pubg and COD battleroyale. Is it stuttering? I dont want to know FPS, only is this snapdragon 855+ giving consistent frames on these games, or do you have experienced stuttering? I just want to know is it in games optimization, or just "weak" snapdragon 845 which yields to these stutters.

E: My old OP5 gives me a little smoother gameplay, few stutters here and there, but still better overal than my Pixel 3...

well I own the OP6 and still runs all those games without any frame drop or lag . so I think the op7 is good to go

Just in case, Battle royale modes are smooth? Cause multiplayer works fine on my Pixel 3.

From a gaming experience stand point, it's a solid choice and delivers the performance

But like Dorothy here said, check a few videos just in case

Well, firstly diehard OnePlus fans (Intel, AMD etc fans) put the best possible scenarios in Youtube. I can also do that with my phone and it looks my Pixel 3 XL is giving smooth 55-60 fps. I have checked hundreds of "real" videos showing how Intel destroys amd etc.. Plus that stupid GameBench MIN fps is just pure trash info, it doesnt tell anything about smoothness in games. 1 % and 0.1 % Low-fps values are those that really says the truth. You can have stuttery performance and minimum fps over 200 frames. Here is more info about 1% and 0.1% lows:
Why im telling this? Because in smartphones there isnt advanced fps monitoring overlays, like in PC world.

Thanks for reply! Good to know that 7T isnt thermal throttling too much. I have disabled thermal-engine, because Pixel 3 XL throttles over 45% of its performance under sustained load. :D

it is slightly better than Pixel 3 , although if it is working perfectly well on your device , don't switch . but yeah, op7 gives better frames both in CoD and PubgM

Sadly its quite stuttery. Pubg is working fine, well atleast better than CoD Battleroyale.. My old Oneplus 5 is better on gaming than my current Pixel 3 XL...

OT: actually in 100% stock WITHOUT disabling thermal-engine, those games are almost unplayable with Pixel 3. :D
