really really really slow support response

    That's true but it is to bad that someone would have to go through PayPal to get a company to do what they should do for their customers, they need to prioritize there support tickets, defective phones and refunds first, then last would be general questions and they need to ignore people using support as a way to ask for an invite. If people are using the support ticket to ask for an invite then those people would not have an IMEI number filled out in the support ticket, that would be a good filter for OnePlus to use to just ignore a ticket without an IMEI number

    In not convinced there's anybody employed in support. I picture an empty room with 3 telephones. Of course I doubt that's what's really happening though. Probably just swamped with thousands of tickets.

    Dont sell the phone that cheap open up a
    PayPal dispute tell paypal one plus gave you a defective device and will not give you a
    replacement and that you requested RMA for refund but they have not responded.
    Trust ya'll get your money back PayPal never dissapoints.

    This is what I've been telling others. PayPal does not disappoint. You can also request your bank to file a chargeback with PayPal.

    Give them time. I know sounds horrible to give them more time but let's try to see it from their POV, people spamming mailboxes with begging mails for invites, server crashing and the whole company are like, how many 30 employees?

    They'll be back at you for sure.

    I am not suprised if their support is a nightmare. Threats can be closed in minutes by admin but they ignore customers screaming with issues.
