Rear Camera Not focusing Feb 7, 2018

    hrisiksh , Feb 7, 2018 :
    My rear camera is not focusing at all. All images are blurred. It Focuses and gives me clear photos once in a while. Usually it is out of focus. Tried everything from manual focus to disabling and enabling, retreating a 100 times.
    PLEASE HELP ME OUT. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

    This is an Oreo bug. I have submitted a bug report to OnePlus and they collected my OEM Logs. After analyzing it, OnePlus told me that it is noted. We will get fix in future update.

    Could be a broken camera had the same problem as well and I sent in my phone and they changed the camera. You could try to dial *#808# and run a camera test.

    The OnePlus 5 has the worst camera from all the OnePlus handsets
    Ive had the same camera blurry issues , I have to shake the phone to get it to focus otherwise pic is blurry

    For me to get my camera to focus I had to smack the back of the phone , but still my OnePlus 3 took better pics
    I moved over to mi mix3

    Latest update was released in 2019....
    The problem is not related with the update, the problem is the camera module that needs to be replaced.
