Camera Rear Camera only works when the phone is cool or 2mins in the Fridge. Aug 14, 2020

Rear Camera only works when the phone is cool or 5mins in the Fridge.
When the phone has been used for say 5 mins, and is a bit warm, then Camera app would just show a black screen and can only be brought back by placing it in the fridge for 2 mins.

I have changed the rear camera module, but that did not solve the problem.

Have anyone have any thoughts? Sounds like an hardware issue to me, but not sure which hardware would cause this, or why does temperature affect it this way.
