Reason why not to purchase a OP2

    I've got my OP2 for a little over a month now, and now when I want to call someone, I go to my contacts, press on the contact that I want to call and then my phone freezes.. I can't call anyone anymore... Someone got an solution? ...

    Every support ticket is a new game. So far their success rate in closing each game with a win is pretty abysmal. With records like this, yes, they've failed and screwed the pooch.

    The difference is how it's done. 3-4 weeks to receive the replacement with payment. Then another god knows how long for them to process the refund after _you_ pay for the return shipment as compared to my experience with Google. 2nd business day delivery with a prepaid return shipping label. The whole exchange process completed and refund processed before the charge was even cleared on my card. It just sat in pending for a week and then gone. Same with a Dell advanced RMA done a few years ago.
