Reboot+brightness via OnePlus 5

    Whenever we switch on the TV , it show lot of brightness. but when we change the brightness mode to any other setting and then revert to same settings it shows the brightness as was set by me..

    other problem I face, that whenever there is a change of Wi fi connection TV gets restarted..

    The brightness issue has been solved and the fix will be available in next update.
    About your other problem you face,what's your mobile model?What operations do you have?
    when you face this issue next time please upload the log and tell what's your serial number.
    How to upload the log:enter Settings–>More Settings-->About–>Feedback
    How to get Serial Number:enter Settings–>More Settings-->Status–>Serial Number

    Same problem here brightness and saturation reduces when ever reboots after we move brightness sliders it automatically comes to normal please solve the issue as soon as possible

    Today again I faced similar reboot issue when I changed wifi connection.. I have just sent the log... serial no is same as

    Yes madam...Daily it occurs as many times as wifi connection changes....I have three internet connection on different mobiles and whenever I change it it gets restarted...Daily 6-7 times I suffer from this issue....

    please look into it...Many people were facing this problem since inception... initially I returned my first TV thinking that it might be a major hardware problem...But problem is still with the second TV. I thought that problem will get solved in further updates as I believe One Plus is very good on updates ..but unfortunately this major problem is not getting addressed...
    what should I do...? please suggest....

    Did you get the latest OTA update. If yes, when was it?
    From the 2 issues you reported here, the brightness changing and Reboot with WiFi, are you still facing both issues.

    Now from your previous replies, I understand that you are running the TV on Mobile Hotspot and not on Broadband connection, is that right?

    i got the update as and When released on 16-05-2020..
    i use mobile hotspot to connect internet...
    and These days i m facing strange Problem. Whenever i switch on tv , It starts and then reboots again...
    I am really fed up with this automatic reboot problem...
