Looks like a software related crash, could be because of some app your installed. Did you try factory reset? Do try a reset before the return window is closed. If you still get random reboots you should return it as it could be a faulty device.

Dont think its because of an app. Have the same apps installed from my other Oneplus. Seems like many People have the same problem.
Its funny, yesterday i saw a lots of threads with this issue, but now they are gone????

I got same thing twice in 1 day. once you crab your phone from your pocket just realizing that you cant do anything becouse its "downloading" something. it takes about 2h. how about if you are in emergency but you cant call or text no one? is there any estimate when this problem is solved? or do i have to buy new phone? this might be dangerous.

Had the exact same issue few minutes ago. Nord restarted for no apparent reason and got stuck during bootup. Had to turn it off and start again for it to work. If you need any more info, PM me.

I have the same. The only thing that I can do is reboot in recovery, wipe the cache and reboot again.
It is for me the frist time, I use the phone 4 days now.

Hi, I think I've got the same issue. It only happend once today while my phone was in my pocket. I first got a screen where they asked if I forgot my password. When unlocked I had the reboot screen. Is it a software problem or did I unconsciously pressed any button? thanks in advance for your advice.

Hey. I got the same issue today.. Phone was in my pocket and when i wanted to check the time i saw the loading image. I thought its uodating the software or something. I had to wait 60 minutes before it came back up but in some kind of safe mode where i could have cleared the cache or just format the phone. I choose simple reboot. Which thankfully worked and been using the phone for 9 hours now without any issue. Not sure if i pressed anything (kinda doubt it) but it scarred me i have to say...

It seems 10.5.6 has fixes for Stability issues. Please try it and see whether it works.

Same issue happens to me today. I kept my mobile in my pocket (OnePlus Nord) When I took and see it was automatically rebooted for long time after that shows the system dead in a program format. Then it shows the optionsreboot, Power off, Clean data and cache. I press the reboot option. Now working normally. Why this was happen and what is the problem??
