    And make sure community app is updated.

    not able to find the red cable club under profile section , the app is updated and device i'm using is OnePlus 5 , please help me out.

    Could not join Red Cable Club.

    Tried in the following ways:

    1. System Update came with Android 10 version. Updated and checked. Doesn't work out.
    2. Community app updated in play store and tried. Doesn't work out.
    3. Got update .zip file for 6T from this thread and system updated via local upgrade. Doesn't work out.

    Someone pls help regarding this.

    Which category are you referring to: Home, Forums, Social or Profile? I checked the Play Store for updates and it shows nothing in need of updating so I'm going to assume I'm running the latest version. Not seeing it on any of the categories :) Thanks

    I am unable to redeem the "OnePlus Care" feature..
    I am not getting the options for 1 year warranty nor 50% off on battery replacement, when I click on "OnePlus Care" it redirects me to the App but no option to choose..

    Device- OnePlus 6T

    I have oneplus 7 pro,I bought this from india(croma)I recieved update(10.3.0)In changelog they did not mentioned red cable membership.I cant see red cable in my settings even after installing your update that you said it will fix this issue.Is OnePlus doing discrimination with its users?
