When I login to my One Plus account and try to join the Red Cable Club, I'm getting the message "You have linked your phone to another account."
However, I'm pretty sure that I have only one account linked to my phone. Please help me to join the club.

i have a problem here , i have oneplus 7 pro and when i click on the last offer "OnePlus Care" -Free 1 year extended warranty , 50% off on battery replacement benefit,
it redirects me to oneplus care app but no benefits are shown there (the oneplus care app opens normally).

where do i avail the 1 year extended warranty from?

I updated my Oneplus 6 to latest 10.3.0 version. But I get a message asking me to update my OS version to enrol into red cable membership. Attached is the screenshot. I'm not able to proceed further. Any solution please?
