Red Cable login issues

    I bought new 7t device in last month. I tried to login into Red Cable Club but its showing some error that this device link to another account. Is there anyone knows how to resolve this issue.

    Hi there, have you by chance linked the device to another account? I read that you bought a new device and therefore this issue should not appear unless the device is already linked before to some other account.
