AvikOnePlus9pro , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Jan 17, 2022 : i baught red cable for 1500 and now for the last 3-4 days I'm not able to use that quote because of the error that is showing in the screenshot .I visited the service centre and also on WhatsApp and they ask to the open the ticket ,and raised a complain however they asked me to wait for 3 days. Not sure what to do ....

camohan , Jan 17, 2022 : Hi there, did you see any email with Subject Red cable club. There should be a upgrade button over there. Try activating via that upgrade button. This worked for some.

camohan , Jan 17, 2022 : Ok. That email is of no use. Do you have any old OnePIus phone? You can login through that mobile and activate the pro membership. One membership can have 4 devices mapped. This was figured by and helped @YRJ

Error : the current dice is linked with another device. And i don't want to delink my 9pro , gods knows if it can't re register again !
camohan , Jan 17, 2022 : Well what can i say. You don't have to de register anything. If you have another device, login in to community app with same login and activate the RCC from there. Did you try that.
YRJ , Jan 17, 2022 : I tried on my other devices, those which were linked with RCC, it worked on the 7T. @AvikOne+ try activating it on all linked devices.
