    Hi Team, i have ₹ 1000 voucher in my red cable account and mot able to use to purchase this Oneplus Band, why! This should be allowed if i paid to get the redcable membership and i received some voucher for that , then it should be allowed to purchase anything on ONEPLUS Store...this is not understandable, please help me on this!

    Hi there, the instructions are very clear. The voucher received in lieu of extended warranty can be used only on smartphone purchase with cart value of Rs. 25000.

    Hi there, I have alredy shared the screenshot of the FAQ section above. Also when you click to generate voucher it clearly states the same thing about cart limit and phone purchase. You click OK and then it generates a voucher.

    When things are pretty clear at each level, a specific mention in voucher may not be a valid point of argument, tho it can be a ideal situation.
