You cannot (yet) uninstall Google Play Music, however you can always disable and uninstall updates, which brings the app down to kbs.

As for OnePlus notes, you can always just find an APK and install from there?

Mee to bro...new youtube music does not allow to remove devices ...

This is very annoying policy from google.. you can add up to 5 smartphone in order to download offline music

    adb shell [enter]
pm uninstall --user 0 (package name) [enter]

I removed Google Music, Google Video, default dialer app, default SMS app, YouTube, ZenMode and much-much more and the phone still works.
You need to enable developer options first and connect the phone to a PC via USB.

I guess new update may remove it but previous update should have removed it already

pm list packages | grep (what you are looking for)
For example: pm list packages | grep oneplus
pm = package manager, I didn't mean anything with that. On Android 9 and newer you need to add "--user 0", I think that means the system user's ID, so it's removed from the system and cannot be reinstalled.
