Aaron2017 , Jan 22, 2022 : Only way would be to use a third party launcher. Like Nova launcher (which isn't free if you want the full customisation options) or lawnchair launcher (that one is free) for example. You can give feedback about that here if you want https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/
