    I have purchased oneplus 9pro karban bumper case it has a manufacturing defects as i already send all the photos of case and got the replacement confirmation email from your side. There its clearly mentioned that i will get replacement for my case once i visit the service center. And visit to service center in this pandemic by risking my life There they said they dont have authority to replace.
    And your customer support isnt helping me in proper manner nor the customer support executive rashmi. Everytime i called them they put my call on hold then disconnect it.
    Such a poor services poor..i can say worst services by you.
    I taking follow up since 15days but my query is still unsolved
    Finally im dumping oneplus now and switching back to APPLE. Just because of your customer support and that fake. Email i have received for replacement.
    Thank you so much for providing this kind of services.
    As i will post that fraud email along with screenshot on every social media platforms as i will tweet it by tagging all tha media channels that how oneplus is providing fraud services.
    Here im attaching the screenshot of confirmation email.

    Hi there, I have removed the photo since it had your full name and email id visible. It is not a wise decision to make them available in a public forum.

    In your thread you mentioned about sharing the image on social media. I would recommend you blur out personal details before doing so.

    Coming back to the topic. Request you to please re-upload the screenshot after blurring out personal details.

    Also it will help if you attach the images of the defective bumper case cover.

    This is a community forum and not customer support so we would not have details about your discussion with support.

    Please tag me and I will gladly check if I can do anything.

    Now when you point it out I can see it.
    I hope you can solve this with support... I don't see why a case should push you over to iPhone side if you are happy with your 9pro. It goes a long way to be friendly and ask nicely, if you haven't taken that approach then try :)

    This not about just a case. When they commit to replace then they should. This all about there services.
    First they send me email of confirmation and when i went to service center they said they dont have authority. What does this mean. At one side they commit me and at another point they denied.
