C1603693706132 , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Jun 9, 2021 : I have purchased oneplus 9pro karban bumper case it has a manufacturing defects as i already send all the photos of case and got the replacement confirmation email from your side. There its clearly mentioned that i will get replacement for my case once i visit the service center. And visit to service center in this pandemic by risking my life There they said they dont have authority to replace. And your customer support isnt helping me in proper manner nor the customer support executive rashmi. Everytime i called them they put my call on hold then disconnect it. Such a poor services poor..i can say worst services by you. I taking follow up since 15days but my query is still unsolved Finally im dumping oneplus now and switching back to APPLE. Just because of your customer support and that fake. Email i have received for replacement. Thank you so much for providing this kind of services. As i will post that fraud email along with screenshot on every social media platforms as i will tweet it by tagging all tha media channels that how oneplus is providing fraud services.
