    Hello everyone,

I bought a OnePlus 7 some time ago but lately there are more and more scratches on my screen. When I take a closer look at the screen I can see there's a layer of plastic, which is there since I've bought the phone. My question is, is this common and is it possible to remove the plastic without harming the underlying screen? If it's possible, I will replace it with an offical OnePlus screenprotector.

Hope to hear from you :)

    Greetings

it might be the screen protector... check youtube videos of unboxing or visit the oneplus.com to check whether it's included by default...

If it is a screen protector, you should see it end somewhere, at which point you can peel this.

If you are unable to see this, then it's likely you don't have a screen protector and the scratches are on the screen itself
