MindfreakBS , Nov 15, 2019 : My man how dense can you be. When you video call, for the call to go through, both the phones NEED to have an internet connection. It's simply not possible without internet. When you said "only sim and phone bill required" the internet charges are included in your phone bill. Video Calling without internet is literally impossible.
Gav_W86 , Nov 15, 2019 : ViLTE is generally provided by mobile providers separately to a data plan. But it still needs to be supported by your mobile provider and enabled on your connection. ViLTE is supported by OnePlus. Have you spoken to your network yet?
