    Hello Sir,

    Please help me out, though i know it's my mistake for wrongly placing the type-c to type-c warp charge cable, when i wanted type-c usb charging cable for my oneplus-5t.

    I have received this order 15 mins before drafting this message (11:45, 2 Jan) and i want to exchange my order for OnePlus 5t USB-TypeC charging cable for my wrongly placed order. Please help me out though i know it's not in the return policy...Please help me out because its really expensive and i won't be able to use it at all for my phone.

    I am ready to pay for the delivery as well, just let me know if you guys can help me out. I am a loyal oneplus customer. All the products that i have are OnePlus, from headphones to OnePlus tv...Hope you guys can help me out for my unintentional mistake.

    Hello, i have recently bought OnePlus Nord.
    When I listen a WhatsApp message and move my ear near the phone,it makes a crackling sound. Also when I use my wireless headphones and scroll video on YouTube.
    Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    Please note you can only create a new thread on the Starting Point forum until your account is older than 15 days.
    So, can I create a new thread on the Starting Point now, or only after I have had a OnePlus account for 15 days?
    I DO read and write in the english language however, after I read the Required Reading thread, I feel if I don't get it right then I will undoubtedly piss in someone's Wheaties.
    So please, help a newbie out. Plus, I am technically challenged.
