domestoboto , via OnePlus 7T , Mar 2, 2020 : IT'S NOT THE SAME THING. The setting you just mentioned only changes how big or small stuff will appear on your phone. It cannot reduce the screen resolution to 720P or lower, that is literally impossible with the 7T unless you find a custom ROM or something.
