    No sir, I didn't do any changes in software. YouTube was running and I was trying to reduce the volume. Child was holding the phone, looks some other key also got pressed. It gave some option, then we rebooted the phone. After reboot button was pressed then we got this error

    Try rebooting it again. Hold the power + volume down button till you get a vibration.

    After holding the vol up key and power button for long time the phone started. After entering password , I am able to access phone.
    But for selecting anything a green box is coming.
    Upon double click only it works to access anything. How to get rid of the green box that is coming ?
