When i put my sim in and won't recognize that there is even a sim installed. I put in the APN and it still won't work. The APN doesn't even save. It shows that there isn't even any APNs saved. Thanks

Just go to an ATT store and ask fr a new SIM card. That's what I did. I went from an iPhone to One Plus and they had to scan an Android phone in order for the APN to work correctly.

Ya I just got back from ATT and it didn't work. I selected ATT under network services and it says it doesn't work with my sim card.

    Have you tried...
Give ATT a call and have them associate the OPO IMEI with the SIM.

Or you can use ATT live help on their website and tell them the issue. They can do everything online, just give them the IMEI

My SIM from my previous AT&T SIM works in mine. As does a friend with her SIM. I'd go back to the store, they should be able to get you a SIM that will work.

I know this may sound obvious, but are you sure you don't have the SIM upside down?

The SIM will only fit in the tray one way, but the whole tray can be inserted upside down and will still slide in mostly flush with the side of the phone. I know this because the AT&T rep did this to mine when they were trying to activate it.

I'm coming from an iPhone5, so I'll need to get a MicroSim from AT&T. Should I just take my OnePlus One in with me and try in the store, or just tell them I'm getting an LTE smart phone, and try to handle it on my end?

I thought this problem was fixed, since I heard other At&t customers say that the OPO imei number is now valid.
