OnePlus saying this on site OnePlus phones and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If you are not satisfied with your OnePlus product for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Once we approve your request and receive the product, we will give you a full refund.

I ordered OnePlus wireless bullets 2 .after reading policy from the oneplus site.. i ordered and The product delivered and sound is not clear and the right side is too noice.. i tried to return ,then texted with customer care .they said that first was global policy and its diff from indian site and they are not responsible for to inform me policy is diff on diff region.. i didn't expect this level of fake info from OnePlus... atleast if they mentioned in return and replacement policy that they have diff policy on diff region.. then i will search whats on india....

They not specified this on global return and replacement section how i know policy id different...
they not provided any info about this.. i tried store first time... if anyway i get my money back.and return this any contact of higher authority or any legal complaint i given.. i am so depressed 5990 its my one year earning... and they cheated me...

    anyone please help.

    Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but if you visit the OnePlus India store, you'll be presented with the correct Terms of Sale. Depending on which region you visit from, you'll see the correct terms. There are also differences between other global regions, like US and EU and both have different Terms of Sale.

As I'm sure you'll understand, a brand cannot be liable for a customer reading another region's Terms of Sale. Moreover, each Terms of Sale states which region they refer to.

Where did you see this information?

OnePlus.in is the official India website and readily provides the information that is applicable to India. Depending on the place you visit from, OnePlus.com will show different information. The Terms of Sale for Spain or Portugal are different from the ones that show for the United States. Similarly, the Terms of Sale for India are different.

This is not correct. Right before you finish the purchase, this should appear:

    upload_2019-9-13_14-12-45.png
If you click either Privacy Policy or Terms of Sale, you will go directly to the correct ones. The main site is different, depending on where you access from.

oneplus.com, oneplus.com/uk, oneplus.com/pt or oneplus.in all show different Terms of Sales, depending on that specific region.

As mentioned before, different regions have different terms. Before you make the purchase you need to tick that box, accepting your region's Terms of Sales. When you ticked that box, you agreed to your region's Terms of Sales, not other region's.

As you can imagine, OnePlus is not liable for you reading the Terms of Sales of a region other than your own. Still, if you still have any questions about this, the best way is to contact your region's Customer Support, as this is a Community Forum.

You have a legit point of view (though there's no treachery on OnePlus side, just a global site information you didn't compare to your regional page), but legally, OnePlus are right, because you agreed to Indian terms when you bought.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid OnePlus won't change their mind on this.

Anyway, if OnePlus Wireless bullets 2 sound doesn't fit you, as they're brand new you should resell them easily without money loss. At all, because at the moment, you haven't lost anything.

This is another problem, and OnePlus should be able to repair it under warranty.
