Return process taking too long

    How long does it take in order to have someone from the Support Team to reply on a ticket for returning a phone.

    I bought the phone and I am facing a lot of restarts and instabilities. It seems that the support is taking it's time, and I do hope they are not doing it on purpose so that my purchase leaves the 14 day time-frame.

    Any past experiences by anyone?

    Totally agree. Should be a max of 24 hour response. I've had to open a ticket and it's been ages... up to 3 or 4 days before any response (not resolution).

    I am waiting for them to respond to my return request as well. They are not so responsive. I hope I can return the phone asap since there are so many bugs and lags.

    The support team are ridiculously slow. I've now been in support (still waiting for RMA collection) longer than I've had the phone working as intended. I begun the support process on the 26/10/15.
